Dr. Olamide Okulaja

Executive Chairman

A physician, healthcare strategist and economist specialising in healthcare financing. His work spans health-systems strengthening, health insurance and public-private partnerships, from policy and advocacy through to the financing frameworks that widen access to care. Over two decades he has moved between clinical practice, public health, and the financing side of healthcare delivery across Africa, advising government and private providers on how care is paid for and how it reaches the people who need it. That perspective anchors the direction of Imade Forte Holdings.

Jennifer Kaja

Managing Director

A lawyer with first-class honours from the University of Wales and over a decade of practice across corporate, commercial, and real-estate law, spanning cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance. Previously Group Chief Legal Officer at Periwinkle Empire and an associate at DLA Piper Africa, she was recognised among The Guardian’s 25 Most Exceptional Female Professionals in 2024. She founded Not Just A Pretty Face, a nonprofit advancing girl-child education and skills.

Sandra Ndukwe

Human Resources Manager

A people and culture leader with more than ten years of progressive HR experience across fintech, legal, real estate, media, and venture capital. She has built HR functions from the ground up, scaling organisations past two hundred employees, and specialises in organisational design, performance management, and workforce planning. She holds an MBA in Human Resources in view from the University of Lagos and is chartered with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Adebayo Okediji

Senior Accountant

A finance professional responsible for the group’s accounting, payroll, and statutory reporting across its operating companies. He oversees monthly payroll administration, tax and pension remittances, financial records, and the reconciliations and audit support that keep the group compliant and its reporting dependable.

Chinonso Erugo

Administration Manager

A computer scientist and administrator with more than five years across IT support, office administration, and executive coordination. He holds an honours degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the National Open University of Nigeria and project-management certification. At Imade Forte he oversees office administration and facilities, asset records, vendor relationships, and the administrative policies and reporting that keep the group running day to day.

Emmanuella Ezeakor

Liaison Officer

A graduate of History and International Relations from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, with operational experience in aviation customer service, passenger handling, and ground operations. She is certified as a flight dispatcher and as a data analyst, and brings disciplined documentation, stakeholder communication, and service delivery to the group’s front-of-house and coordination work.
